While our White Lotus Home pillows are designed to be washed, please note that only specific models are washable. These pillows may require two drying cycles to ensure they are completely dry. However, for general maintenance, we highly recommend spot-cleaning our pillows to preserve their integrity and longevity. Avoid saturating them with liquid at all costs. Additionally, we strongly advise our customers to invest in our protective Barrier Cloth pillow covers to prevent spills from causing irreparable damage.
For spot cleaning, we recommend preparing a mild solution consisting of three parts water to one part vinegar in a spray bottle. For tougher stains, a small amount of mild detergent can be added to the solution. Always ensure that the pillow is thoroughly dried after spot cleaning. This can be achieved by using a hair dryer or by allowing the pillow to air out in the sun.
