Simply spray the solution onto the stain and expose it to sunlight. Allow it to dry naturally and repeat the process until the stain fades and any odors dissipate. Alternatively, you can use a mild laundry detergent instead of vinegar. Hydrogen peroxide is effective for surface stains like blood, while rubbing alcohol can help remove oils from cosmetics.
It's important to ensure that bedding does not remain damp, as this can lead to uneven wear or mold growth. After cleaning or addressing a spill, promptly dry any moisture by placing the item in direct sunlight or using a hairdryer.
